Terms of Service

Welcome to TempmailSo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TempmailSo website and disposable email service (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of the Service

TempmailSo provides temporary, disposable email addresses that allow users to receive emails without registration. The Service is free to use, ad-free, and designed for convenience and privacy. We support selected .edu.pl domains and may add or rotate domains regularly to maintain deliverability.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws. By using TempmailSo, you represent that your use of the Service complies with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TempmailSo only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:

  • Engage in illegal activities, fraud, or scams.
  • Send or facilitate spam, phishing, or malware.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Bypass security measures or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Receive or distribute content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Temporary Nature of Emails

All emails received through TempmailSo are temporary. Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days for privacy reasons. While inbox addresses may remain reusable, previously received emails may no longer be available after deletion.

You acknowledge that TempmailSo is NOT intended for important or sensitive communications. Do NOT use the Service for banking, financial services, government accounts, password recovery for critical accounts, or confidential personal information. See our Disclaimer for additional guidance.

5. No Ownership of Email Addresses

Temporary email addresses provided by TempmailSo remain the property of TempmailSo. You do not obtain ownership or exclusive rights to any email address, domain, or inbox provided through the Service.

6. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, domain rotation, inbox availability, and feature changes. We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Analytics and Ads

TempmailSo does NOT display advertisements. We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the Service is used and to improve performance. No personal accounts or user profiles are created.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempmailSo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempmailSo shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TempmailSo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable global principles of law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
